Internet Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Trauma

This society is patterned after other orthopaedic special interest societies. Its mission is to improve the practice of orthopaedic surgery through promotion, utilization and improvement of orthopaedic information on the Internet. Currently the Society is undertaking two main projects, to educate orthopaedic surgeons about the Internet (this Guide) and to provide an index of good quality orthopaedic information on the Internet (OWL) Both of these aims are pursued through the Orthogate Website.
